What if I need to reschedule?

It’s easy to reschedule! Simply contact your teacher in advance and ask them if they can:

• Offer a different day or time

• Teach a virtual lesson

• Add additional time to future lessons

• Create a personalized video for the student (10-15 min)

Teachers understand that sometimes you’ll need flexibility from them, and sometimes they’ll need it from you, so they’ll always do their best to reschedule if they can. 

If you would like to ask a teacher to reschedule a lesson, please request that before the lesson start date and time. Requests to reschedule a lesson after the lesson start date/time has passed cannot be honored, because the teacher was available to teach your lesson at the regular time.

Our teachers will always try their best to reschedule if asked; because our teachers come to your home, if you cancel a lesson and your teacher is not able to reschedule, we are not able to offer a make up credit, because the teacher was available to teach your lesson at the regular time.

If you a cancel a make up lesson, it will not be made up.
