Mary Agnes Hubbard

Mary Agnes Hubbard is a multi-talented artist, educator, and composer who teaches piano and voice with over 20 years of experience in music and creative arts. Her extensive body of work includes composing and writing songs for Musical English, an innovative program that inspires children to learn English in Korea through music and creativity, including new musicals with the story of Snow White, Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Noah’s Ark, King of Love, He Has Risen, and David and Goliath. Her musical journey began with distinction when she won the silver prize at the prestigious MBC University Song Festival, one of Korea’s most renowned song contests for university students, with a song she wrote and composed herself. This early success set the stage for her career as a prolific songwriter, composer, and performer.

As a devoted musician and spiritual leader, Mary serves as a praise leader and pianist at her church, where she uses her musical talents to uplift and inspire her community. She is also a passionate educator who finds joy in helping students discover the beauty of music through piano and vocal instruction. She believes deeply in the transformative power of music to bring joy and beauty to the world. Beyond her work in education and performance, Mary is a celebrated Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) minister and broadcaster. She previously served as the Associate Director of the Seoul National Symphony Orchestra and leads the King's Angels English Musical Troupe, a group that combines English education with performing arts to inspire young learners.

Mary's artistic contributions extend to commercial singing and voice acting, where her iconic recordings have become synonymous with well-known brands in Korea. Through her multifaceted career in music, education, and ministry, Mary continues to inspire, educate, and bring joy to audiences around the world.
