Does an adult need to be home for a child's lesson?

In case of emergency and for the safety of teachers, students and families, we require that a responsible adult (18 years old or older) be present in the home for the entire duration of the lesson. They do not have to watch the lesson, but they must be in the home.

Teachers are required to cancel the lesson if a responsible adult is not home for the entire duration of the lesson, and a make up credit cannot be offered if a lesson is canceled for this reason without advance notice. Contact your teacher in advance to reschedule if an adult cannot be present during a lesson.
