Doorstep Music Lessons Refund Policy

At Doorstep Music Lessons, we are committed to providing a convenient and exceptional music education experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to make adjustments to your lesson schedule. To ensure transparency and clarity, we've outlined our refund policy as follows:

  1. First-Month Tuition Refund:

    • Your first-month tuition is refundable if you cancel your lessons up to 24 hours prior to your first scheduled lesson. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're here to accommodate your needs.

  2. Tuition Refunds After the First Lesson:

    • If you cancel lessons within 24 hours of your first scheduled lesson or after the first lesson has taken place, tuition is non-refundable. We're committed to providing consistent music education, and your tuition secures your lesson time with our experienced teachers. You are welcome to finish out your month with the teacher.

  3. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

    • The one-time registration fee is non-refundable. This fee supports administrative processes and secures your place in our music school. Once paid, the registration fee is not subject to refunds.

  4. Cancellation and Lesson Completion:

    • If you decide to cancel your lessons, you may choose to finish the month during which you canceled at that time. Lessons cannot be "banked" for future use. This policy offers flexibility and allows you to conclude your lessons at a comfortable pace.

  5. Transfer of Tuition:

    • Tuition payments cannot be transferred to someone not enrolled in Doorstep Music Lessons. Tuition is specifically allocated for enrolled students and their lessons. You may transfer tuition to another student within the school as long as they are currently enrolled 

  6. Love Your Teacher Guarantee:

    • Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you find that you don't love your assigned teacher, we offer our Love Your Teacher Guarantee. We will pair you with another teacher at no additional charge to ensure you have the best learning experience possible.
