If I cancel a lesson, do I receive a tuition credit?

Our goal as teachers is to teach every lesson possible. You can always ask your teacher if they are available to reschedule a lesson. Because our teachers come to their home and do have other students on their schedule, it may not always be possible 100% of the time.

If it is not possible for your teacher to make up the lesson or you do not want to have make up lessons, please understand that we are unable to credit those lessons, as we use your tuition to reserve your original lesson date and time with your teacher and guarantee their availability at that time.

Summer: During the busy summer months when families are traveling, we understand the importance of flexibility. That is why we gladly offer prorated tuition when you notify us before 5/31 about an upcoming absence taking place between 6/1 and 8/11.

When you notify us before 5/31 about an upcoming absence between 6/1 and 8/11, our office will adjust your tuition accordingly. Please note that we are unable to offer single lesson purchases or prorated tuition after your 1st month outside of the summer period.
