Late Payment Policy

Your tuition payment is due usually on the 1st of the month. We understand that things happen and sometimes families need flexibility. We offer a 7 day grace period from your payment due date to make your payment during which time your teacher will continue to teach lessons. Please contact our office at (702) 482-7494 or support@doorstepmusiclessons.com as soon as possible if you anticipate a payment issue. Effective 12/1/2024, payments made after the 7th of the month will incur a $15.00 Late Payment Fee (per family). If a payment has not been made by the 7th of the month, your teacher will be unable to continue teaching lessons. Due to high demand, your slot will be marked available to other families, and your subscription will be suspended. To restart your subscription, you must pay your entire monthly tuition statement plus your Late Payment Fee. Once the Tuition Statement has been completed and the Late Payment Fee has been received, your subscription will be reactivated, although we are unable to guarantee your original teacher's availability.

Teachers are not responsible for making up lessons missed due to non-payment, and a credit or refund will not be issued.

If you continue to have an outstanding balance, including after your subscription has been suspended, we will continue to notify you as required by law and may report you as delinquent. Suspended subscriptions are required to pay the entire Tuition Statement plus the $15.00 Late Payment Fee as this is now your 7-Day Cancellation Request.
