What if I need to reschedule?

It’s easy to reschedule! Simply contact your teacher in advance and ask them if they can:

• Offer a different day or time

• Teach a virtual lesson

• Add additional time to future lessons

• Create a personalized video for the student (10-15 min)

Teachers understand that sometimes you’ll need flexibility from them, and sometimes they’ll need it from you, so they’ll always do their best to reschedule if they can. 

Our teachers will always try their best to reschedule if asked in advanced; because our teachers come to your home and have other students on their schedule, it may not always be possible for them to reschedule.

If you would like to ask a teacher to reschedule a lesson, please request that before the lesson start date and time.

If you cancel a lesson and your teacher is not able to reschedule, we are not able to offer a make up credit, because the teacher was available to teach your lesson at the regular time. You can always ask your teacher to reschedule after the lesson start date/time have passed, but we are unable to offer a credit if they cannot do a make up, since the teacher was available to teach your lesson at the regular time.

If you a cancel a make up lesson that you requested, it is considered redeemed.
