Front Desk Sales Associate Needed ($16-20/hr)

Must be able to work the following schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Doorstep Music Lessons, the largest in-home music school in the Southwest, is seeking a talented, fun and passionate person to join our team as an Enrollment Specialist! As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to speak to many families throughout the day about music lessons!

This is NOT a cold calling position!

What you'll do

• You'll respond professionally to family inquiries via phone and email about music lessons

• Enroll new students

• Assist with student reassignment and requests

• Assist with customer service as necessary

• Assist with recitals, concerts and events

We're looking for someone awesome, fun and easy to talk to who cares about our mission to bring music education into the homes of families across the Southwest.

Requirements & Schedule:

• In-person in our office at 2410 Fire Mesa St, Las Vegas, NV 89128

• Hiring for Weekend and Monday availability only at this time

• Be reliable (always on-time)

• Be friendly and easy to talk to

Responsibilities:

• Be awesome on the phones!

• Respond within 5 minutes when a family submits a form

• Be a super fun and engaging person to talk to

• Educate families on music lessons

• Follow up with family inquiries via phone, email and text

• Be a great communicator with our staff/teachers
