Janay L Maisano

Janay is a pianist, vocalist, and composer that has been studying music for over 20 years. She began playing piano at the age of 5, studying voice since age 12, and has been composing since she was 16. She has earned her Bachelors of Music in Music Composition from the University of Redlands, where she also studied piano as her primary instrument.

Her extensive background and multiple years of teaching experience through classroom settings and private lessons have led to her being very flexible in how to approach different levels of skill and interest when learning music. Whether the student's goal is to pursue music in higher education or improve their musical skills for their own satisfaction, Janay is happy to teach anyone with a passion for music.
