Kayoung Kim

Kayoung Kim is a vocalist, pianist, choral conductor, and music educator who enjoys teaching voice and piano to students of all ages. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and is currently completing her Master of Music in Choral Conducting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She was also selected as an attendee for the 2026 ACDA Western Region Conducting Masterclass.

Kayoung has experience teaching private voice and piano lessons to children, teens, and adults. In her lessons, she focuses on helping students build healthy technique, confidence, and strong musical foundations while making the learning process enjoyable and encouraging. She believes every student learns differently and strives to create lessons that fit each student’s goals and personality.

As a choral musician and conductor, Kayoung has performed with and assisted various choirs in both South Korea and the United States. Her background in vocal performance, piano, and choral music helps her guide students with a well-rounded musical perspective. She hopes to inspire each student to grow at their own pace and develop a lifelong love for music.
