Mr. Glava taught at the university level for 5 years before beginning his concert career and private teaching. His goal is to help and teach all of his students to develop their musical abilities and their working skills, because, no matter what profession they will choose in the future, such as musicians, doctors, sales, or computer experts, they still have to learn how to work hard to reach their goals in life. Classical music is the base and foundation of all of the styles of music, so he always encourage his students to start with the basics, with musical ABCs, then latter, if they decide to play different styles of music like Jazz, Fiddle, Pop, etc, it's always easier to combine when you have a strong foundation.
As a violin teacher, his goal is to see each of his students progress from the beginning to a high level. He approaches each student as a unique individual, according to their character, temperament, and ability to learn to design a program for them. Always inspiring his students to progress in the world of music, he encourages them to learn and practice more. It's a scientific fact, that all the students who practice and play music, have better scores in their studies at the school.
He has been teaching violin and viola around Las Vegas since he moved to town in 2009.
