Ethan Ryan Schneiderman

Ethan is a guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and music educator based in the Las Vegas area, currently pursuing a degree in Jazz Performance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Proficient across guitar, piano/keys, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele, Ethan brings a remarkably versatile musical voice to everything he does — equally at home in jazz, rock, pop, classical, folk, country, and beyond. His academic training in jazz complements years of real-world performance experience, giving him a deep command of theory, improvisation, and musicianship that he carries directly into his teaching.

On the performance side, Ethan has built an impressive and diverse résumé spanning touring, live venues, and the theatrical stage. He has had the privilege of touring alongside Grammy-nominated gospel and R&B artist John P. Kee, and has served as a pit musician for several full-scale musical productions, including The Music Man, Seussical, and Head Over Heels. In addition to his theatre work, Ethan performs regularly at Las Vegas venues, giving him active, current insight into what it takes to thrive as a working musician in one of the world’s most competitive entertainment markets.

Ethan has been teaching guitar and piano/keys since 2023, working with students of varying ages and experience levels. His teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that strong fundamentals and genuine enjoyment are not mutually exclusive — great technique and a love for music should grow together. He tailors every lesson to the individual student, balancing structured skill-building with the songs and styles that keep each student motivated and inspired. Whether a beginner picking up their first instrument or an advancing player chasing a specific goal, Ethan is dedicated to making every step of the journey both meaningful and fun.
