Faith Ancheta

Faith Ancheta is a contemporary vocal instructor, specializing in Jazz, Pop, and Commercial music vocal instruction. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Faith grew up with music all around the home, and even learned guitar and piano through watching her dad play! Starting vocal lessons at age 8, Faith was introduced to the magic of music, and was inspired from a young age by her instructors, and passes that magic along to her students, the next generation of up and coming musicians!

Faith has performed many different genre in many different environments, such as being the Featured Vocalist for Jazz Ensemble III at University of Nevada - Las Vegas, performing Indie Pop and original music at various small venues throughout The Valley, rocking the stage with Jazz Funk at The Fat Cat Jazz Bar in Downtown Las Vegas, and more! Completing her Bachelors of Music in Jazz and Commercial Voice Performance in the Fall of 2026 from University of Nevada - Las Vegas, Ancheta is excited to bring her joy and love of music to the world, and anticipates to pursue a Masters of Arts in Songwriting in the near future.

When Faith isn't teaching, she enjoys attending concerts and songwriting, both of which she considers to be forms of practice! Inspiration and enjoyment of music as a fan inspires us as musicians, as a vision of what we see ourselves achieving in the future. Songwriting has been a love of Faith's since she learned how to pluck notes on a piano and guitar, falling in love with the idea of a song telling a story and taking the listener on a journey; going on to release 3 demo's of original songs on streaming platforms during her Freshman year of her college education!

One thing Faith always maintains is that music should be enjoyable, and encourages students to practice the music they enjoy while also reminding students that hard work pays off! A philosophy Faith always instills in her peers and those around her, is "You won't see your progress day by day, but eventually you turn around, look back, and realize just how far you've truly come!" Staying curious about music is something Faith strongly encourages, as curiosity draws us to learning, and knowledge is one of the most powerful things!
